Thank you everyone for coming to the live projection of Janz in the Moment #visionfestival23. It was great to meet Robert Janz fans in person, and to introduce new people to his inspiring art and life practice. Thank you to @artsforart for inviting the film to play in the context of Free Jazz, improvisation, freedom and love. If you are a Jazz listener, there are four more days left of this groundbreaking music celebration and meeting of the community. Also, Mystical Creatures, the 2021 exhibition of Janz’s “glyphitti” animal sculpture and Daniel Albanese's photographs of Robert's iconic street art has now reopened for the summer. This exquisite show is in a rural setting near New Paltz and the Shawangunk Mountains, and well worth a day trip if you live in the city.
